    About the Role

    We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Texas Reach Media. As the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience while supporting our team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet clients, visitors, and team members with a warm and professional demeanor.

    • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.

    • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.

    • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating office calendars.

    • Handle mail, deliveries, and basic office supplies management.

    • Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    This role is a hybrid work environment based on work demand and scheduling.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local business clients.

    • Sell print, digital, and direct mail advertising products.

    • Manage client accounts, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate billing, and excellent customer service.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate ad production and campaign delivery.

    • Track and report sales performance and client activity to management.

    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market developments.

    • Other Duties as assigned.

    • Must have access to reliable internet connection for hybrid workspace.
